![]() The Korath World Ship has the highest base bunk count in the game, with its required crew surpassing the number of bunks of a fully min-maxed Dredger. It's equipped similarly to the Shield Beetles, but with excess Antimatter Cores, Fuel Pods, and Coalition Cooling Modules, in addition to a Nanotech Battery for the All of my ships have Quarg Antimatter Cores, Quarg Quantum Shield Generators, Quarg Thrusters and/or Steering, Wanderer Ramscoop, enough Fuel Pods to reach 1000 fuel, and Jump Drives with no Hyperdrives, as turning for every jump is a nuisance. I have kept none of the original outfits on the Emerald Sword other than the Dragonflame Cannon because, while they're flashy and serve double or triple functions, they aren't as efficient as Wanderer or Quarg technology. My World Ship's ouftits are shown in the image other than the engines and steering, which are from the Korath, Wanderer, and Quarg. My Shooting Star is equipped the way you find it but with extra Fuel Pods and Ramscoop. I have removed the Antimissile on my Wardragons and added cooling and Ramscoop. My Arfectas have their Gridfire Turrets, but everything else has been replaced with Quarg tech. Five of my Shield Beetles are equipped the same way as the other ten, but have Quarg Skylances instead of Korath weaponry. As for the outfits on my ships, ten of my Shield Beetles as well as my Heliarch Punisher, are equipped with Korath Slicers and Disruptors, Quarg Quantum Shield Generators, Quarg Antimatter Cores,, Quarg Medium Thrusters, and Hai and Wanderer Steering. The first one comes out of the planet Vara Pug after your reputation with the Pug is low enough, and the other two are idle in the Ap'arak system but will become hostile if your reputation is low enough. ![]() All of them are obtainable during the Wanderer Campaign, with one being in the system Pug Iyik and the other two defending Wanderers in the system Ap'arak. Capturing the Pug Arfectas requires a large fleet with good damage, high speed, and high durability. You gain 0.1 faction reputation with the Heliarch for every crew member on the target ship when repairing, and you lose 0.5 per crew when disabling, 0.3 per crew when boarding, and 1 per crew when capturing, so you would need to repair 18 Heliarch Punishers on average for every one you capture. You let the Quarg ships disable Heliarch ships, then you board and repair Heliarch ships until your reputation is high enough to where you can capture the Punisher without permanent consequences with the Heliarch. Now as for the Heliarch Punisher, I had to take Quarg escorts from Korath space all the way across the galaxy to Coalition space, which you can only do in two missions during the Wanderer Campaign. I've already made a full guide on capturing the World Ship and Wardragon, and there is a guide for obtaining the Emerald Sword on Steam. The ships of most notoriety are the Korath World Ship, Heliarch Punisher, Quarg Wardragons, Pug Arfectas, and Emerald Sword. My fleet itself is complicated but its outfits are all relatively uniform. If not, I would very much appreciate tips on building a large swarm. I plan to capture unpurchaseable alien ships and to demand tribute from Republic planets later on. Is there any way I can hope to keep up with just four ships? As a general overview, I still plan to be hunting pirates. I've got to say that a swarm really does have its merits, but I personally don't like playing with a large fleet. I've been able to circumvent this issue by buying my own horde of Quicksilvers and selling them after the battle. This happened a few times when I've tried demanding tribute from pirate planets, as well as an unlucky run-in with TWO fleets of large marauder ships (bounty missions). This is doing well for me so far, but every now and then, I just get swarmed. I have a Bactrian as my flagship, an Albatross as a "second in command," and two twin Shield Beetles. ![]() Hello, Endless Sky community! I've been in and out of this game for a while, but I think this'll be a keeper from here.Īt the moment, I have four ships in my fleet, all heavy warships.
